Mitsubishi Fa30 Wire Edm Manual
First of all I want to stress that I am in no way educated in Wire EDM machines. I am a network administrator and I have been tasked with setting up an Ethernet network for this machine. I reviewed the manual that came with the machine, but did not find it helpful. So I was hoping someone on this site would take pity and offer some advice on how to set the EDM machine up for the Ethernet network. The machine itself will be connected to a dedicated user pc using a network card and hub on the computer side. Setting that up is no problem. Specifically I would like to know how to find the network settings screen on the EDM machine itself and I would like to understand the mechanism involved in sending a job to the machine from the PC.
It combines a highly visual approach with primary sources to help all students understand world geography and make global connections. Teacher answer key books. Mitsubishi Wire Edm Manuals
The FA Series is Mitsubishi Electric's newest wire EDM machine that supplies customers the optimum solution by incorporating the world's fastest technologies. This machine series sets new standards that thoroughly pursue the goal of 'Fast, Easy, and Reliable' operation.
The EDM machine is currently set up using the RS232 port from the EDM machine to the computer. We have recently upgraded the cabling in our wire room to Ethernet because we have another EDM Wire (Sodick) machine that is network capable so we decided to try to get the Mitsubishi setup as well. The setup on the Sodick machine is infinitely easier than the Mitsubishi and basically uses a shared folder on the PC to send jobs. Thanks for any help that can be provided. Welcome to the Forum It has been a long time since we setup our FA10 for this so give me a minute. I am not at work right now to look at it.
It involves setting up a shared folder on the PC and having the machine look into that folder. We would then drag and drop a file into that folder. We never figured out how to send from the PC to the machine. Instead of selecting RS232 for input, you need to select the ethernet port. I'm not remembering all of it though. I'll get back to you when I am at work if this has not been answered before that.
